Paprika & Honey Trout recipe
We always make an effort to include fish in our diet at least twice a week. It was tricky during quarantine lock-down, but now we are back into the routine again. Fish is wonderful for fertility, weight loss, and general nutrition. You will find that it generally contains fewer calories & has a much better fat profile than other meat-based proteins. This week, trout was on special at our local supermarket, so here is a really super quick kitchen diary video of the preparation involved. The quantities will vary, however, the piece of trout we had was about 1.1kilos. I used around 1-2 tablespoons of honey, the same amount of paprika, and about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
There was a small portion left after dinner, which became a delicious salad for lunch the next day.
