SKYE ROXBURGH
Accredited Nutritionist
Skye is the primary nutritionist at Scarbrough Health.
She is a university qualified
nutritionist and has training in individual, integrative, and public health
nutrition.
Due to her
extensive training, including multiple post-graduate studies she is equipped with all the
necessary skills to translate evidence-based
nutrition into individual and population
health advice. It is her simple, realistic, and down-to-earth approach, and extra support that keeps her clients happy.
She has expertise in weight loss and management through the lifespan, disordered, and restrictive eating patterns, and their negative impact on body image and health behaviours. She is currently completing Body Positive Facilitator training, to help people guide their lifestyle and eating habits with positivity and self -compassion.
She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Eating Disorders and Obesity at NIU and a Graduate Diploma in Obesity & Weight Management at USW. Her excellent results have allowed her to be admitted into the MSc of Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at USW starting in 2021 .
Skye is a passionate wholefood cook and has
spent the last 13 years working and
raising four children in Santiago, Chile.
